Service Description
Good Fly is proud to offer the opportunity for you to attend a free one-day fly casting and fly fishing workshop specifically designed for those with high-stress jobs or life situations. The workshop will involve a day at the beautiful Boathouse At Millican Reserve. Our goal for the day is to provide you with tools to support your emotional and physical health, especially in the form of Fly Casting and Fly Fishing, which has been proven effective in the reduction of stress and anxiety. This is a 8:30 am to 4:00 pm event including one-on-one casting instruction from FFI Certified Casting Instructors. This event is open to all Brazos Valley First Responders, support staff and a plus one of their choice. Please feel free to invite someone in your life that supports you as a way to say thanks. No experience is required, and we will tailor the day to your experience level. We provide breakfast foods, coffee, snacks, lunch and all equipment and flies. We hope you will join us.
