We at Good Fly recognize that you and your colleagues have given much to our community and that service comes with its own stress and anxiety.  Fly casting has long been proven effective in the reduction of stress and anxiety. We will spend the day learning to cast a flyrod, enjoying the outdoors, and hopefully catching some fish.  This event is open to all medical personnel or hospital staff and a plus one of their choosing. No experience or equipment is required. Lunch, drinks and snacks are provided.  We will group participants according to their exposure to the sport.
